Items fine. Poor customer service

I ordered two pickle kits but only received one, and it took a week to arrive. It took two days to get a response to my emails. They then claimed to have sent the second kit and offered 10% off my next order as compensation for the inconvenience—which I won’t be using because I don’t want to risk dealing with this poor service again. It’s now five days since their email, and I still haven’t received the second kit. They also promised tracking information, which I never received. While the product itself is fine, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I got this kit after seeing it all over TikTok and it was SO worth it. These are my favourite crisps and stuffing them in pickles was honestly genius. it’s way cheaper than getting everything separately
